All services are subject to availability and agreement outlined in individual proposals or contracts.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary assets (e.g., images, content, access credentials) in a timely manner.

  • Review deliverables within the requested timeframe.

  • Make payments as per the agreed milestones or terms.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the invoice terms.

  • Delays in payment may result in paused or terminated service.

  • No refunds will be provided once a project or service has been initiated. See our Refund Policy for more.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all original content and materials you provide.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a prior NDA prohibits it.

  • Custom-built solutions will be handed over upon final payment unless stated otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any non-public information shared with us will not be disclosed or reused outside the scope of our service without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Third-party issues or delays beyond our control (e.g., server downtime, Shopify platform issues).

7. Revisions & Support

  • Minor revisions are typically included within a specified post-delivery period.

  • Additional revisions or ongoing support may be charged separately or as part of a support contract.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • There is a breach of these terms.

  • Communication ceases for more than 14 days without notice.

  • Payment deadlines are repeatedly missed.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mohali, Punjab.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
